Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
who are ready to make a meaningful impact while being supported every step of the way.
Please Note:
We do
not
provide training for BCBA certification. Applicants must already hold active BCBA certification. Our training program is designed to support certified BCBAs in excelling within our company.
What We Offer

- Start Part-Time: Transition to full-time after 90 days

What You'll Do
- Conduct assessments & create behavior plans
- Supervise ABA programs and staff
- Support and train caregivers & RBTs
- Collaborate with a team of experienced BCBAs
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Experience supervising RBTs/technicians
- Strong clinical and decision-making skills
- Growth mindset & cultural responsiveness
