We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Café Attendant/Barista to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves crafting exceptional coffee beverages, engaging with customers, and contributing to a high-end retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee and espresso beverages.

• Maintain knowledge of coffee, tea, and other menu items to provide recommendations to guests.

• Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment.

• Assist with the retail boutique, including product knowledge, customer service, and sales.

• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.

• Restock café and retail supplies as needed.

• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience as a barista or in coffee preparation is required.

• Strong customer service skills and a passion for providing an exceptional guest experience.

• Retail sales experience is a plus.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be able to stand for extended periods, sit occasionally, and lift up to 25 lbs.

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed.
