Maintenance Supervisor~Lease-up

FULL TIME Maintenance Supervisor wanted for an BRAND new luxury apartment community located in Saugus, NOBO Apartments. This is a Lease-up Property and we are interested in someone with Lease-up and Multifamily Development experience.

In supporting Cambridge Management Services, Inc.'s commitment to excellent customer service and a high quality living environment, the Maintenance Supervisor, under the supervision of the General Manager, is responsible for leading the maintenance staff in making repairs and conducting preventative maintenance of the property, , scheduling service requests, overseeing capital projects, and coordinating with construction and operations teams during the lease-up and transition phases.

Must have:

5+ years of multifamily maintenance experience; at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

o Proven experience with lease-up and/or new construction properties.

o Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, swimming pool and appliance repair.

o Warranty knowledge

o Valid EPA certification (Type II or Universal) preferred.

o Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced, luxury environment.

o Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.

o Computer knowledge and familiar with Onesite is a plus*

o Availability for on-call rotation and emergency response.

o Supervise and train maintenance technicians, grounds, and janitorial staff.

o Oversee daily operations, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs.

o Coordinate with construction and development teams during lease-up and closeout.

o Manage vendor relationships and service contracts.

o Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and company policies.

o Maintain high resident satisfaction by ensuring prompt, professional service.

o Create and Track inventory, tools, and maintenance budgets as well as maintain MSDS sheets.

o Implement and manage property maintenance software (Onesite; Smart Rent, Maintenance Facilities, SPEND)
