Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:

  • Proactively greet, assist, and resolve front desk visitors' concerns with a positive attitude.
  • Answer the phone using a professional tone of voice and clarify caller needs when necessary.
  • Schedule and set up appointments
  • Display knowledge of the office's services and fees.
  • Regulate the flow of visitors and maintain confidentiality of clients' and employees' records.
  • Direct guests to the proper individual or department.
  • Advise clients of their wait time and provide updates if necessary.
  • Answer questions about office services and procedures.
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment with interruptions from client phone calls, people coming through the door, or walk-ins in the waiting room; be able to juggle multiple tasks at once.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a customer support or administrative role preferred
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience with calendar management is a plus
  • Bilingual

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
