Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Home & School Nursing Roles Join Always Compassionate Health and Make a Difference We are seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team, providing compassionate care for pediatric and adult clients in home care and school nursing settings across Long Island . Location: Openings in Nassau & Suffolk Counties, NY
Schedule: Flexible Shifts Available
Pay:
  • LPN: $35 - $38/hour
What You'll Do:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments.
  • Monitor and document patient health status and communicate changes promptly.
  • Support clients with activities of daily living while maintaining their comfort and dignity.
  • Provide 1:1 care for pediatric clients in school settings, ensuring a safe and healthy environment.
  • Collaborate with families and the care team to implement personalized care plans.
Requirements:
  • Current New York State LPN license.
  • 6+ months of experience in home care/ school
  • CPR/BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
  • Physical exam within the past year.
  • QuantiFERON within the past year.
  • MMR documentation or titers.
