Position Summary:

The Business Development Representative is a proactive sales role reporting to the Security Sales division of Guardian Security. This representative will play a critical role in building and nurturing the sales funnel for our multi-site strategic accounts team. The position focuses on outbound prospecting, lead generation, and qualifying opportunities to support customer acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-activity environment and is passionate about initiating conversations, uncovering needs, and creating opportunities for our outside sales team to close.

Schedule: M-F, 8-hour shift scheduled within our operating hours of 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM PST.

  • Your schedule may vary based on appointments, and occasional work outside Guardian's standard hours may be required to meet client needs across multiple U.S. time zones. Responsibilities include managing calls and scheduling appointments nationwide.

Work Setting: Remote

Pay: Hourly rate of $24, plus bonus opportunities. If meeting the quota of 10 qualified meetings per month, you would be making approximately $74,000 annually with performance-based bonuses.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
