Medical Assistant/Receptionist

Job Overview
We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented individual to join our MedSpa team as a Medical Assistant and Front Desk Coordinator. This dual-role position combines clinical support with administrative responsibilities to ensure a seamless and exceptional client experience.

Medical Assistant Duties

• Assist providers with aesthetic and medical procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain cleanliness according to health and safety standards.
• Perform basic clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, documenting patient history, and updating electronic medical records (EMR).
• Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions.
• Manage inventory of medical and spa supplies.

Front Desk Duties

• Greet clients warmly and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Schedule appointments and manage the booking system efficiently.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
• Coordinate with providers and staff to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; medical assistant certification preferred.

• Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $ $23.00 per hour
