The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. This role involves strategic planning, market research, and collaboration with various departments to achieve business objectives.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities. Develop strategies to approach and secure new business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Work closely with the marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends. Present findings to senior management.

This position is located out of our Charlotte, NC (South End Area) or Central Region of the US.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of market research and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
