Line Cook

Craft Tacos & Tequila is seeking a motivated Evening Line Cook to join our fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and can jump into any task—from prep to cooking to helping with dishes during close.

The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow into a salaried role as the business expands.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items consistently and accurately
• Assist with daily prep (produce, proteins, sauces, etc.)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
• Support teammates across all kitchen areas
• Assist with dishwashing and end-of-shift closing duties
• Follow food-safety and sanitation standards
• Communicate effectively with back-of-house leadership

• Ability to handle a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Reliability and punctuality
• Experience in a kitchen setting preferred, but willing to train the right person
• Comfortable doing a mix of prep, line cooking, and dish support during close
• Ability to work both weekdays and weekends
