What You'll Do

As an Assistant Manager, you'll be the right hand to the General Manager and a driving force behind daily operations:

• Oversee all aspects of the restaurant—staff supervision, food prep, inventory management, and exceptional customer service.
• Maintain full compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Partner with the GM to develop and execute strategies that increase sales, boost profitability, and elevate the overall guest experience.
• Train, coach, and mentor staff to ensure top-tier service every shift.
• Work closely with the team to ensure consistent food quality, accuracy, and presentation.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency.
• Keep the restaurant clean, organized, and running smoothly at all times.

What You Bring

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Previous experience in the food industry—managerial experience strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Confidence using POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-driven mindset.
• Proven ability to lead, delegate, and motivate a team.
• ServSafe Certification is a plus (but not required).

Pay: $ $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
