Logistics Program Manager

Overview:

The Warehouse Program Manager oversees all warehousing, logistics, inventory control, and material management functions for federal government contracts. This role ensures full compliance with contractual requirements, federal regulations, safety standards, and internal policies. The Program Manager provides leadership, strategic planning, and operational oversight for warehouse activities across one or multiple contract sites, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and mission-aligned performance.

Essential Duties:

• Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping to ensure compliance with federal contract requirements.
• Serve as the primary liaison with government representatives, auditors, and internal leadership on warehouse-related matters.
• Manage inventory accuracy, government property accountability, cycle counts, and required reporting.
• Lead and develop warehouse staff, assign work, monitor performance, and ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Maintain and improve warehouse processes, systems, and workflow to meet KPIs and mission needs.
• Ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements (OSHA, FAR/DFARS, and agency-specific guidelines).
• Oversee equipment maintenance, documentation, and adherence to SOPs and contract-driven standards.
• Prepare operational reports, tracking metrics, and communicate program status to management and the customer.

Requirements:

• Active Secret clearance
• Ten (10) years of industry experience in overseeing facility/logistics management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in Operation Management; Logistics and Supply Chain Management or Supply Chain Management Logistics with five (5) years of industry experience in overseeing facility/logistics management.

OR

• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification with five (5) years of industry experience in overseeing facility/logistics management.
• Valid driver's license from a state of the United States.
• Active Material handling equipment (MHE) certified.
• Active OSHA certified.
• Active Forklift certified.
