Your Role

As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR), you are the first step in EpiOn's sales process. You engage business owners and executives, deliver EpiOn's consultative message, and schedule well-qualified first-time appointments (FTAs) for our CEO and Outside Sales team.

When you do your job well, prospects arrive at meetings prepared, curious, and open to a new perspective.

What Success Looks Like

This is a numbers-driven role with clear expectations. You will succeed by:

  • Consistently meeting outbound activity goals
  • Engaging decision-makers in professional conversations
  • Scheduling qualified FTAs aligned with our ideal client profile
  • Maintaining excellent CRM discipline
  • Reducing cancellations through confirmation and follow-up

What You'll Do

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to business leaders in our target market
  • Follow EpiOn's TruMethods Inside Sales process
  • Research, screen, and qualify MSP prospects before booking appointments
  • Communicate honestly and professionally — no misleading tactics
  • Confirm and manage appointments to protect quality
  • Document all activity accurately in the CRM
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching

This Role Is a Strong Fit If You:

  • Have experience in MSP inside sales or appointment setting
  • Are comfortable making 70–100+ dials per day
  • Believe process creates consistency and results
  • Are confident, professional, and calm on the phone
  • Like clear expectations, metrics, and accountability
  • Want a long-term role with a growing MSP

TruMethods experience (or similar MSP sales methodology) is strongly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45, $65,000.00 per year
