Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
to join our team at
Rogers St. in Bloomington, IN

• Full-time, Days

• Occasional Saturdays required

• 4- 10-hour days

• Expected patient volume in office: 88/wk
• Call Schedule: 1 primary care day per quarter
• 100% outpatient

Qualifications

• ACNP, FNP or PA certification required.
• No previous APP experience required
