Job Description
The Enterprise Project/Program Management Analyst III is accountable for leading multiple aspects of low complexity projects or programs under the mentorship of a more senior project/program manager. The projects or programs the employee manages have a low level of risk, organizational span, business complexity, team size, and interdependencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides direction and oversight throughout project lifecycle to meet business requirements
- Drives achievement of project or program success factors
- Achieves desired business results by thoroughly understanding business objectives
- Plans and implements two or more aspects of projects or programs
- Acts as an internal advocate for the project
- Proactively identifies, resolves, and escalates (as needed) projects or program risks/issues
- Assesses and reports health of all projects or programs objectively, providing project transparency and accurate status updates
- Engages appropriate stakeholders in risk identification and mitigation
- Coordinates, documents, and communicates project plans and requirements

- 0-2 years experience (Preferred)
Supervisory Responsibilities
- This job does not have supervisory duties.
Education & Experience (in lieu)
- In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Compensation
Base compensation offered for this role is $48,000 -$69,920 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
- Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e. commission, bonus, etc.) as applicable for the role.
