The Role: Eye Exam Technician & Sales

As an Eye Exam Technician & Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional eye care and a seamless retail experience. You'll support high-quality eye exams, ensure patients feel comfortable and well cared for, and guide them through selecting the right eyewear.

Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 9:00am–5:00pm

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and introduce them to the Moon Optical experience using our app and in-store process
• Assist patients and collect eye measurements for the Doctor of Optometry
• Help customers choose frames and lenses that match their style, prescription, and lifestyle
• Explain products, lens options, and treatments from measurements through checkout
• Conduct sales by understanding patient needs and making thoughtful recommendations
• Maintain exam rooms organization
• Support a fast-paced, high-volume environment (up to 30 exams per day)
• Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager

What We're Looking For

• Proven retail sales experience
• Prior experience as an Eye Exam Technician (required)
• Strong motivation to hit and exceed sales goals
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
• Proactive, ambitious, and excited about professional growth
• Adaptable and open to change
