Cashier/Stocker

Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Cashier/Stocker to join our retail team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, managing transactions efficiently, and maintaining well-stocked shelves. Bilingual abilities and supervisory experience are a plus. Responsibilities

• Operate POS systems accurately to process customer transactions and handle cash, credit, or debit payments with precision.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, provide product demos when applicable, and promote upselling opportunities to enhance sales.
• Stock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure a clean and inviting shopping environment.
• Perform basic retail math for transactions, inventory counts, and sales reporting.
• Assist with store cleanliness and safety protocols to ensure compliance with health standards.

Skills

• Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
• Basic math skills for cashiering and retail calculations.
• Experience in grocery stores or retail sales environments is preferred.
• Bilingual communication skills are advantageous
