Momo Izakaya — a modern Japanese izakaya by Michelin-starred Chef Paulo Airaudo — is opening soon in Miami Beach. We celebrate the spirit of Japanese dining: shared plates, premium yakitori grilled over binchotan charcoal, exceptional sake, craft cocktails, and warm omotenashi hospitality.

We are seeking passionate Servers who provide genuine, memorable guest experiences and thrive in an energetic, service-focused environment.

What You'll Do

• Deliver authentic omotenashi service with warmth, attention to detail, and strong knowledge of the menu
• Guide guests through Japanese cuisine, sake, and beverages — making confident recommendations
• Take accurate orders, pace courses appropriately, and ensure impeccable table maintenance
• Work closely with bartenders, runners, hosts, and chefs to execute smooth service
• Learn daily specials, 86'd items, and menu changes
• Keep all areas clean, organized, and guest-ready
• Handle payments accurately and follow service-charge policies
• Uphold company standards for grooming, professionalism, and food safety

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years experience in elevated casual or fine dining hospitality
• Strong communication skills — friendly, polished, and confident
• Genuine passion for Japanese culture, food, and beverages
• Ability to multitask during high-volume service
• Team-oriented, positive, and solution-focused
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Experience with sake, Japanese cocktails, or izakaya dining is a major plus — training will be provided.
