Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable experience at our establishment.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
• Engage with customers, providing recommendations and taking orders in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system, handling cash and credit card payments.
• Assist in managing inventory, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during banquet services or catering events to ensure seamless service.
• Uphold high standards of customer service while working in a busy restaurant or nightclub setting.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or bartending is preferred, particularly in restaurant or nightclub environments.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain a safe serving environment.
• Familiarity with retail math concepts for accurate cash handling and inventory management is beneficial.
• Strong customer service skills are crucial for creating positive guest interactions.
• Experience with catering services is a plus, as it may involve special events and large gatherings.
