General Manager

We're seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume quick-service restaurant in Springfield, IL. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on operational excellence, team development, and delivering a consistent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with all standards.
• Manage budgets, P&L, inventory, and labor to maximize profitability.
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members, fostering a high-performing and customer-focused culture.
• Implement operational strategies to meet sales, performance, and guest satisfaction goals.
• Ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Step in and support team members during peak service times as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing a high-volume quick-service restaurant.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
• Experience managing P&L, labor, and operational metrics effectively.
• Hands-on, flexible, and able to lead by example.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
