Customer Service Representative

Avalon Printing & Graphics is looking for a friendly and helpful Customer Service Representative to join our team.

We are willing to train the right person, actual printing industry experience is not required. You would be working as a part of a team with several other people. Office experience preferred but not required.

Our Customer Service Representatives work at our front counter and have their own desk and computer where they can help customers. Duties and responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries about prospective, current and previous orders, job statuses, estimates, and or changes. Most of our communication with customers and potential clients takes place over the phone, via email and our website.

The right fit for the open position would be an individual who is friendly with excellent communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and obligations at various stages of the sales process and can work independently as well as alongside other team members including production members.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Outstanding communication with existing and prospective customers via phone, email and in person

Process orders from customers accurately and on time

Manage and process orders that come in through internet, email and over the counter

Communicate with fellow employees and production staff effectively

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to provide excellent customer service with a friendly smile and an enthusiastic attitude

Establish and nurture long lasting professional relationships with customers

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

Strong attention to detail, able to follow procedures

An ability to listen and ascertain the customer's needs and move them through the sales process

Excellent time-management skills

Ability to spell well and handle basic mathematical calculations

Good email and general computer skills are needed

Comfortable answering high volume phone calls

We are looking to fill a full-time position. Our hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, No Weekends
