Position Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic, friendly, and professional servers to join our team. As a server at The Noble Fox Restaurant & Brewery, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service by ensuring guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor.

• Provide detailed knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and beverage offerings, including our handcrafted beers.

• Take accurate food and drink orders and ensure timely delivery.

• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any questions or concerns.

• Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.

• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.

• Adhere to food safety, health, and hygiene standards.

• Assist in setting up and breaking down for shifts, events, or special functions.

Qualifications:

• Previous serving experience in a restaurant or brewery setting is preferred but not required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Must be 18 years or older to serve alcoholic beverages.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
