The Role

As a Front Desk Sales Associate, you're the welcoming face of the studio and the friendly guide behind every great guest experience. You'll help clients check in, learn about the benefits of infrared therapy, fall in love with their self-care routine, and leave feeling their absolute best — every time.

What You'll Be Doing

• Sales Sales Sales - If you love selling and educating people on wellness this is the place for you
• Greeting guests like they're old friends (even if it's their first visit)
• Sharing the glow — educate guests on the benefits of infrared sauna, red light therapy, and chromotherapy
• Booking sessions, handling transactions, and managing scheduling like a pro
• Recommending memberships and packages that suit each guest's wellness goals
• Keeping the studio clean, serene, and stocked with everything needed for a 5-star experience
• Collaborating with your team to hit goals and celebrate the wins
• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Maintain and organize the facility's towel supply area
• We offer comprehensive training.

Below are our studio hours:

• Monday through Thursday, 6:30 am - 9:15 pm
• Friday 6:30 am - 7:15 pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 7:30 am - 6:15 pm
