  • Coordinate medical, therapy, and behavioral health appointments
  • Communicate clearly with staff, families, and transportation teams to keep everyone on track
  • Adjust schedules quickly when last-minute changes arise

  • Use electronic scheduling systems and EHR software to manage data accurately
  • Assist with audits, reporting, and quality assurance to keep services compliant

What You Bring

  • 2-5 years of experience in scheduling, administrative support, or care coordination (internships and practicum experience count)
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and willing to learn new software
  • Understanding of confidentiality and HIPAA standards
  • Experience in IDD services, behavioral health, or human services
  • Familiarity with Medicaid documentation or electronic health records (e.g., Therap, Foothold AWARDS)

  • Purpose-driven work: Every schedule you build helps someone receive the care they need
  • Hands-on learning: Build real-world healthcare operations experience with mentorship and training
