Pay: $20.50 – $21.94 per hour

Alternative Nursing Services is seeking compassionate and reliable Caregivers (HCA/CNA) to support clients with daily living needs in group homes, long-term care settings, and hospice environments. If you're dedicated to making a positive difference in people's lives, we'd love to meet you

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Prepare meals and support appropriate nutritional needs
• Safely assist with mobility, lifting, and transportation
• Monitor and report changes in client condition or health
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Support medication management as directed by healthcare staff
• Provide companionship and encourage social engagement
• Document care provided in compliance with HIPAA standards

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred (group home, LTC, or hospice experience is a plus)
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred
