Job Summary
We are seeking passionate and talented Chefs to join our dynamic culinary team As a Chef, you will be at the forefront of creating exceptional dining experiences, leading food preparation, and managing kitchen operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring consistency, presentation, and flavor meet established standards.
  • Lead food production activities, overseeing daily kitchen operations and ensuring timely service during all shifts.
  • Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to foster teamwork and high performance.
  • Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste through effective food management practices.
  • Plan menus in collaboration with management, incorporating dietary restrictions and catering requirements for special events or banquets.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across all kitchen areas.
  • Oversee catering services, banquet functions, and large-scale events to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.
  • Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure smooth food service operations in both restaurant and hospitality settings.

Skills

  • Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining and restaurant management.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience supervising kitchen staff and managing teams effectively.
  • Knowledge of banquet operations, catering services, and event food production.
  • Expertise in inventory management, food handling, and cost control to optimize resources.
  • Skilled in menu planning, food preparation techniques, and kitchen management practices.
  • Strong understanding of food safety standards and sanitation procedures.
  • Experience in dietary department operations and accommodating special dietary needs.
  • Ability to manage shift schedules efficiently while maintaining high-quality service delivery.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 45 per week
