Coach supervisors on feedback, performance conversations, and conflict resolution. Support employees with clear, fair HR processes.

  • Monitor performance, engagement, and retention

Set up systems for regular feedback, performance reviews, and retention initiatives that work in a construction environment (crews, shifts, job sites).

  • Proven track record building HR processes that work for both field (job-site) and office teams.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Exceptional English communication skills (written and spoken) at a native or near-native level.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, recruitment, employment law, and employee relations.
