Basic Qualifications

• Experiences in the food/beverage retail industry are not required but highly preferred.
• Have Food Handlers Permit or obtain one within 30 days of employment
• Able to work hours/week) weekdays, weekends, night and/or holidays
• Ability to handle stress under pressure
• Ability to provide quality customer service
• Ability to learn and use technical equipment (e.g. espresso machine)
• Ability to accurately exchange currency with the customers
• Willingness to maintain a clean, healthy, and safe working environment
• Ability to read and follow recipes direction accurately every time.
• Ability to coordinate multiple activities with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
• Able to lift weight up to 50LBS
• Can stand for long periods of time
• Honesty, integrity and take initiative

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take food and drink orders
• Opens and/or closes the business as scheduled
• Operate the cash register
• Accurately handles cash and reconciles change due to customers
• Prepare food and drinks as per Boba Nation guidelines
• Cleaning, organizing and maintaining the work stations and kitchen area
• Possess a strong sense of teamwork
• Keep track of inventory and restock as needed
• Must be able to maintain regular and punctual attendance
• Promoting positive guest relations by delivering exceptional customer service
• Serving Customers
