Fine Dining Hostess

As a Fine Dining Hostess, you will be an essential part of our team, providing exceptional guest services and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our members and their guests. With core skills in host/hostess experience, food service, and excellent communication, you will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth dining experience. Your relevant skills in POS systems, guest relations, and hospitality will further enhance our guests' satisfaction and overall dining experience. Qualifications:

• Host/hostess experience
• Food service background
• Strong customer service skills
• Previous restaurant experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of POS systems like Aloha and Micros
• Familiarity with hotel operations
• Guest services expertise
• Ability to handle phone etiquette effectively
• Experience in guest relations and hospitality industry

Responsibilities:

• Greet incoming and departing members warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact; escort them to assigned dining area; present menus; announce waiter's name
• Use visual cues to seat members in either the bar or dining area depending on their preference
• Answer incoming calls to the restaurant and provide appropriate service
• Manage the flow of members into the Dining and Bar areas
• Tend to special members needs and requests
• Observant to members' needs throughout dining experience to ensure they receive high quality service (i.e. notice a drink refill is needed while seating another member and ensuring the drink is refilled prior to getting back to the door).
• Protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol control policies
• Help dining room staff by setting and clearing tables; replenishing water; serving beverages
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Pay: $ $23.00 per hour
