Position Summary

Skilled Performance Group is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Multifamily Outside Sales Representative to generate new business and grow existing accounts within the multifamily housing market. This role is ideal for a self-starter who excels at face-to-face selling, building long-term client relationships, and closing service contracts across multiple exterior service lines.

Compensation: $800 a week base, 5% Commission on total revenue

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, develop, and close new multifamily accounts including:
  • Apartment communities
  • Property management groups
  • Real estate investment firms
  • Sell exterior service solutions including:
  • Parking lot restriping & striping
  • Painting & resurfacing
  • Pressure washing
  • Gutter cleaning
  • Parking lot sweeping
  • Fencing installation & repairs
  • Conduct on-site property evaluations and service walk-throughs
  • Develop customized proposals based on client needs and budgets
  • Maintain an active pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build strong relationships with property managers, regional managers, and owners
  • Attend industry networking events, trade shows, and association meetings
  • Coordinate closely with operations and estimating teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Track all sales activity in CRM software
  • Follow up on leads, bids, and completed projects to encourage repeat business

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience (multifamily preferred)
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close new accounts
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable with face-to-face prospecting and cold calling
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, email, and mobile sales tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to:
  • Multifamily property managers
  • Commercial property managers
  • Facility maintenance departments
  • Knowledge of exterior maintenance, construction, or property services
  • Established book of multifamily contacts
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Pay: $41, $150,000.00 per year
