About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on
Site Supervisor
to oversee the daily operations of our C&I solar installation projects. The ideal candidate will ensure construction activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will be the key link between project management, subcontractors, and onsite personnel, ensuring successful project delivery from mobilisation through to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all onsite construction activities for C&I solar projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to maintain workflow and meet project deadlines.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks, site inductions, and enforce safety protocols (WHS/OHS compliance).
• Monitor installation quality and ensure work aligns with engineering drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Report progress, risks, and issues to the Project Manager, providing proactive solutions.
• Maintain site documentation including SWMS, JHAs, permits, daily logs, and quality checklists.
• Support commissioning activities and handover process.
• Promote a positive, professional, and safety-driven onsite culture.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising C&I solar or electrical construction projects.
• Electrical trade qualification or equivalent experience (highly regarded).
• Strong understanding of solar PV installation practices, AC/DC systems, and industry standards.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Current driver's licence; construction white card required.
• High level of attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
