Guest Service Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, professional Guest Service Representative to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing outstanding customer service, managing guest inquiries, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes. This role requires a strong focus on guest relations, hospitality management, and effective communication skills to create a welcoming environment for all visitors. Experience in hotel management or resort operations is preferred, along with multilingual abilities to serve diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
• Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently using multi-line phone systems
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
• Maintain accurate guest records and manage billing processes
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs
• Uphold high standards of phone etiquette and professional communication at all times
• Foster positive guest relations through attentive service and personalized interactions

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service, front desk operations, or hospitality management
• Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems
• Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse guests
• Previous experience in resort or hotel environments is preferred
• Ability to handle guest concerns with professionalism and tact
• Hospitality management or hotel experience is a plus
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings or weekends if required
