General Manager – Cantina Lime Ardmore

Ardmore, OK – Full-Time

Cantina Lime is a modern Mexican cantina in Ardmore with big plans. We're in the middle of a full operational turnaround and we're looking for a hands-on, people-focused General Manager who wants to own that transformation and build the go-to spot in town for margaritas, fajitas, and great energy.

This role is perfect for someone who loves being on the floor, can lead a team with confidence, knows how to run a P&L, and wants the freedom to build something, not just maintain it.

Who We're Looking For

We want a GM who is:

• Local or committed to Ardmore long-term
• Someone who understands the market, the guests, and the rhythm of the town.
• Experienced in full-service dining
• 3–5+ years managing a full-service restaurant. Ideally casual dining, Tex-Mex, Mexican, or a lively neighborhood concept.
• A floor leader, not an office manager
• You walk the room, you talk to guests, you coach your team in real time, and you keep the vibe alive.
• Confident with numbers
• Comfortable managing labor, food cost, ordering, inventory, scheduling, and basic financials.
• Strong with people
• Firm, fair, respectful, and capable of building a drama-free, reliable team.
• Energized by a turnaround, not scared of it
• This restaurant is improving fast, and we want someone who enjoys building systems, culture, and winning habits.

What You'll Own

You will be responsible for the full performance of Cantina Lime Ardmore, including:

• Guest Experience

Setting and enforcing consistent service standards, maintaining a warm and lively atmosphere, managing guest flow, and ensuring every table gets attentive, friendly hospitality.

• Team Leadership & Culture

Hiring, onboarding, coaching, and managing servers, bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff.

Setting culture, eliminating drama, building accountability, and developing a strong core team.

• Operational Execution

Running pre-shift meetings, managing the floor, following opening and closing routines, enforcing cleanliness and safety standards, and keeping the restaurant environment consistent every day.

• Cost Management & P&L Responsibility

Managing labor, food and beverage cost, ordering cycles, waste control, inventory, and ensuring the store stays inside agreed prime cost and profit ranges.

• Sales Growth

Executing weekly promotions, building local partnerships, supporting marketing efforts, improving drink sales, and keeping the restaurant energetic and attractive to regulars and new guests.

• Compensation

We want to attract a strong operator, so we offer:

Base salary: $60,000–$65,000 depending on experience

Performance bonus: up to $20,000–$25,000 annually

Bonus tied to four key benchmarks:
Sales, Prime Cost, Net Profit, and Guest Reviews

Total compensation for strong performance lands in the $80,000–$90,000+ range.
