E4 Ops, LLC is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) launching in Mankato, MN (WMN7). We're building a high-performance team to deliver Amazon packages across southern Minnesota — safely, efficiently, and on time.

This is a W-2 employee position, with both full-time and part-time options available. We're looking for people who are dependable, focused, and ready to work hard in a fast-paced environment where results matter.

About the Job

As an Amazon Delivery Associate, you'll drive a company-provided van (Ford Transit or RAM ProMaster) to deliver hundreds of Amazon packages daily to homes and businesses.

This job is very physical. Routes are dense — expect more walking than driving, lots of lifting, and frequent vehicle entry/exits.
If you don't enjoy active, outdoor work or handling a high workload, this won't be a fit.

What the Work Looks Like

• Deliver Amazon packages to residential and commercial customers.
• Operate an Amazon-branded delivery van up to 10,000 lbs safely.
• Make around 200 stops per route, delivering 275–325 Amazon packages daily.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Enter and exit your vehicle many times per day.
• Follow Amazon delivery procedures using company-issued technology.
• Maintain speed, accuracy, and safety at all times. Safety is priority one

Schedule

• Shifts typically run 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM (10 hours)- 4 On/ 3 Off
• Full-time: 4 days per week, consistent schedule.
• Part-time: 1–2 days per week, usually weekends.
• Weekend availability required for most positions.
• Extra routes and overtime available for top performers.

Pay & Benefits

• Base pay: $22.00/hour.
• Top performers: up to $29.00/hour.
• Bi-Weekly pay via direct deposit.
• Paid training and paid overtime after 40 hours.

Estimated Annual Earnings:

• 4-day week: $43,000–$60,000/year
• 5-day week: $54,000–$75,000/year

Requirements

• 21 years or older.
• Valid driver's license (no CDL required).
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and enter/exit a van 200+ times per day.
• Pass a 5-panel drug screen (includes marijuana, amphetamines, opiates, cocaine, PCP).
• Clean driving record and background check required.
• Dependable, punctual, and consistent attendance.
• Comfortable using Amazon delivery apps and navigation tools.
• Pass Preemployment reviews
