THE JOB:

As a Lounge Server at Luxor, your primary responsibility will be to efficiently expedite guests' drink orders while providing outstanding beverage and bus service. You will ensure that all tasks are carried out in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices, and procedures. THE STARTING RATE:$ Hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Complete opening side duties fold/stack cocktail napkins, stock swizzle sticks, straws, matches, line cocktail trays, stock glassware, restock supply cabinet, inspect cleanliness and condition of assigned station and service areas; rectify any deficiencies
• Knowledge of liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections available on the casino floor
• Knowledge of designated glassware and garnishes for each drink
• Communicate order into system through Bartender; ensure transmission is verified
• Knowledge of Hotel services and features as well as local attractions and activities to respond to guest inquiries
• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refers the matter to management; notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft
• Successful completion of Restaurant Training Program and testing is required
