Role Overview
The Logistics & Warehouse Associate supports all staging installations, warehouse operations, and field logistics. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in high-pressure environments (events, production, hospitality, warehouse ops), enjoys hands-on work, and naturally anticipates needs before they arise.
You'll work closely with our stagers, logistics team and movers, to ensure installs run smoothly, inventory stays organized, and our team can execute beautiful transformations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Field & Install Support
- Assist with staging installs and de-stages at properties across the East Bay
- Safely load and unload bins, small furniture items, and accessories
- Coordinate with movers, troubleshoot on-site issues, and support tight timelines
- Hang art, assemble furniture, and adjust layouts during installs
- Maintain a calm, solutions-oriented approach during fast-paced project days
Warehouse Operations
- Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and optimized for efficiency
- Help develop new systems for inventory, labeling, storage, and item flow
- Receive deliveries, unpack inventory, and assemble new furniture when needed
- Inspect, repair and maintain furniture and décor to ensure quality standards
Driving & Transport
- Operate the company van to transport furniture, bins, and décor between the warehouse and job sites
- Ensure safe loading, driving, and unloading practices
- Navigate residential areas and variable parking situations with care and confidence
Team Culture & Communication
- Bring a positive, high-vibe, collaborative presence
- Communicate clearly with the team during installs and warehouse days
- Anticipate needs and proactively suggest improvements to workflows
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in events, production, operations, logistics, or warehouse roles (preferred but not required)
- Strong critical thinker who stays composed under pressure
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort using power tools, assembling furniture, and hanging art
- Ability to take direction and work independently when needed
- Strong problem-solving ability — especially in the moment on install days
Physical Requirements
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Ability to safely move, load, and unload furniture and bins
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and moving throughout the day
Driving Requirements
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (required to operate the company van)
- Comfortable driving larger vehicles and maneuvering in residential neighborhoods
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse and job sites

Schedule

Compensation & Growth
- $26–$28/hr depending on experience

Pay: $ $28.00 per hour
