The Sales Representative will play a key role in driving new business, building relationships, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll work closely with customers to understand their electrical needs, provide service recommendations, and guide them through the quoting and scheduling process. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, self-motivated, and passionate about helping clients find safe, efficient electrical solutions.
Responsibilities
Conduct in-home or on-site consultations to understand customer needs and recommend services
Prepare accurate service quotes and present solutions clearly and professionally
Follow up with prospects to close sales and maintain strong relationships
Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate estimates and smooth project delivery
Maintain CRM records, customer notes, and pipeline updates
Represent Lights On Electric with professionalism, knowledge, and integrity
Stay informed about company services, pricing, and industry trends
Qualifications
Prior experience in sales required; home services or trades experience is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to explain technical information in a clear and friendly manner
Comfortable with in-person consultations and follow-up calls
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Basic understanding of electrical services is helpful but not required (training provided)
