The Data & Reporting Analyst will be a key member of the Data team, reporting to the Director of Data Analytics. This role is responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and forecasting business data to provide accurate insights and support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will design and implement data collection processes, develop analytics solutions, and create dashboards, KPIs, and visualizations that highlight meaningful trends and anomalies. We are seeking a technical, creative, and self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and collaborates well with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting for teams across the organization including Sales, Finance, and Operations.
  • Present analytical findings using key business metrics and create reporting packages for stakeholders.
  • Produce ad-hoc reports and presentations to support executive and management decision-making.
  • Analyze complex data sets, identify trends and inconsistencies, and summarize insights into actionable analytics products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, understand, and document reporting and data requirements.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports and dashboards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and reporting with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter capable of independently developing, documenting, and implementing processes.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel with experience cleaning and processing large data sets.
  • Advanced skills in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Ability to work independently while successfully handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation:
$120,000 to $150,000 annually

Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications
