The Role

We are looking for a structured, process-driven leader with a sharp business acumen and strong execution mindset to oversee and optimize our operations while actively driving sales and client relationships. The ideal candidate thrives in building and refining systems, managing teams, and improving workflows, while also engaging with customers and growing the business.

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Process Optimization

● Oversee and refine end-to-end operations, including warehouse logistics, customer scheduling, and inventory management.

● Develop, implement, and optimize process flows for customer pickup and delivery to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.

● Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve operational effectiveness.

● Ensure high-quality service execution through team training, process improvements, and automation where possible.

● Identify and implement technology solutions to streamline inventory tracking, customer communication, and workflow automation.

Sales & Business Growth

● Build and cultivate relationships with dealerships, service centers, and individual customers to drive revenue.

● Conduct sales meetings and negotiations, securing long-term contracts with B2B partners.

● Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives to expand 's footprint.

● Work directly with the leadership team to identify new revenue opportunities, market trends, and operational efficiencies.

Leadership & Customer Experience

● Hire, train, and lead an operational team responsible for logistics, scheduling, and customer service.

● Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, ensuring each team member is aligned with business objectives.

● Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value customers and partners, ensuring a seamless experience.

● Implement and uphold customer service standards, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
