HairTalk Beauty Salon is a locally owned hair salon and not a franchise. We primarily focus on hair cutting and have been in business over 15 years. We like to have a Guest representative that will help check customers in and out.
- Guest Services
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly, efficient check-in/check-out experience.
- Assist with guest needs, questions, and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
- Provide information about salon amenities, local attractions, and services.
- Reservations & Payments
- Manage salon reservations, changes, and cancellations using the salon's property management system.
- Process payments, verify identification, and maintain accurate billing records.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
- Communication & Coordination
- Communicate guest requests and issues to housekeeping, maintenance, and management as needed.
- Respond to phone calls and emails regarding reservations, services, and inquiries.
- Maintain clear and detailed shift reports for smooth transitions between shifts.
- Administrative Duties
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and ensure all materials are stocked.
- Follow salon policies, safety procedures, and security protocols.
