Are you tired of the typical production environment?  Do you want to work somewhere that values your initiative and dedication?  We're looking for a natural leader and self-starter for the full-time Production Manager position in our Production Department  As the manager of the Production Department, you'll be overseeing and actively participating in the creation of our substrates, soils, and supplements.  Your primary responsibilities will include leading, managing, and holding the Production team accountable, working alongside your team, and keeping the department clean and organized.  If you're interested in a new opportunity to spread your roots with a fast-growing company, we can't wait to hear from you

Full-time (40 hours per week), Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4 PM
$18 to $20/hour (commensurate with experience)

**Use of a respirator mask while working on the Production Floor is required in this position
