Bartender

Overview
We are a small bar in Queen Valley AZ and we are seeking a skilled bartender. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving beverages, serving food and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Manage cash register operations, including cash handling and processing payments accurately.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service and build rapport.
• Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible serving practices.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and placing orders as needed.

Skills

• Proficient in cash handling and operating cash registers.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy shifts.
• Experience in the food industry, particularly in fine dining or hospitality settings.
• Familiarity with clover POS system
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal, Temporary

Pay: From $100.00 per day

Expected hours: No more than 32 per week
