Job Title: HRT Clinical Specialist (Nurse Practitioner)

Location: Remote (Telehealth)
Employment Type: Part-Time to Full-Time (based on state coverage)

360 Health and Performance Medicine is a cutting-edge telehealth clinic specializing in hormone optimization, peptide therapy, and age management. We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Nurse Practitioners to join our team as HRT Clinical Specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct telehealth consultations for hormone replacement therapy (HRT), peptide therapies, and aesthetic/topical compound prescriptions.
• Review and interpret patient lab work with an emphasis on hormonal and metabolic markers.
• Develop personalized treatment protocols for patients focused on anti-aging, wellness, and performance.
• Prescribe medications within your scope and in compliance with applicable state laws.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure a high standard of care and patient satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation using our electronic health platform.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in 4 or more of the following states:
• Florida, California, Washington, Texas, Virginia, Arizona, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Ohio, Illinois, New York, Montana, Missouri, Mississippi, Tennessee, New Jersey, Colorado, Michigan
• DEA certification (required)
• Multi-state licensure is highly preferred
• Full Practice Authority in any state where applicable
• Experience in integrative, functional, or performance medicine is a strong plus
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Tech-savvy and familiar with telemedicine platforms
