We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our collaborative team.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager based out of our Reseda office. You will be the central point of contact for our projects, managing the workflow between clients, our manufacturing floor, and installation crews to ensure every job is completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Oversee construction projects from planning through completion, managing schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Technical Review: Analyze blueprints, architectural drawings, and shop drawings to ensure accuracy before fabrication.
  • Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between general contractors, clients, and our internal field/fabrication teams.
  • Site Monitoring: Conduct periodic site visits to monitor progress, verify measurements, and ensure quality control.
  • Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and contract requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of construction management experience.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
  • Proficiency in Google Drive, Sheets, and construction management software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interactions.
  • Valid CA driver's license (required for site visits).

Preferred Experience

  • Background in awnings, steel fabrication, or tensile structures.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).
