Position Overview

As a Bartender at THE BEVERLY, you will be at the heart of our beverage experience. You'll craft inventive and classic cocktails with precision, curate memorable moments through expert beverage knowledge, and deliver service that is both gracious and refined.

The ideal candidate is experienced in elevated cocktail programs, possesses strong wine knowledge, and thrives in a polished yet welcoming environment. This role is suited for those who view bartending as both a craft and a form of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present cocktails with consistency, balance, and attention to detail
• Engage guests with professionalism, personality, and genuine hospitality
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and craft cocktail techniques
• Assist in the development and refinement of seasonal cocktail features and beverage offerings
• Provide thoughtful wine and beverage recommendations to enhance the guest experience
• Maintain impeccable bar organization, cleanliness, and presentation
• Ensure responsible alcohol service in accordance with state and local regulations
• Collaborate with management, service staff, and culinary team to deliver seamless service
• Participate in ongoing training and tastings to stay aligned with the restaurant's beverage vision

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of bartending experience in a high-end or craft-focused bar or restaurant
• Strong understanding of mixology, classic cocktails, and wine service
• Proven ability to provide elevated, guest-centered hospitality
• Professional demeanor, refined communication skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to remain composed, organized, and efficient in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to teamwork, consistency, and continuous learning
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
