We specialise in age-prevention & restorative non-invasive treatments, including but not limited to; Botox, Dermal fillers, Skin boosters, Thread lifts, and more.

YOUR NEW ROLE:

We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, talented Clinic Coordinator to join our busy and friendly team.

RESPOBSIBILITES:

  • Create a welcoming environment where every patient feels valued, comfortable, and cared for from the moment they arrive
  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and ensure a seamless 5 star check-in/check-out experience
  • Guide patients through their visit, coordinating effectively with injectors, and other team members
  • Maintain clinic cleanliness and support the smooth day to day operations of the clinic
  • Address patient concerns with professionalism, empathy, and integrity
  • Handle a multi line phone system efficiently and courteously
  • Deliver an exceptional patient experience at every touchpoint of their journey

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in a medical clinic, beauty, or wellness environment is preferred
  • Familiarity with appointment booking systems is a plus (training provided if needed)
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Empathetic, sales driven mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Minimum of 2 years' retail or customer facing experience
  • Dependable, punctual, and highly reliable
  • A collaborative team player with excellent attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $23.00 per hour
