SAP OCM Lead (Organizational Change Management Lead)

 Define the overall OCM strategy and roadmap for the SAP program, aligned with program objectives and timelines
 Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and change readiness assessments across business units and geographies
Develop and execute communication plans, including key messages, channels, and cadence tailored to different stakeholder groups
 Design and implement change interventions: change champions network, change agent training, town halls, roadshows, feedback forums, etc.
 Integrate OCM activities with training, process design, cutover, and go-live plans.
 Prepare materials for leadership steering committees and governance forums on change readiness and adoption status

 Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, HR, Communications, or related field.
 7+ years of experience in change management, preferably in large ERP/SAP or digital transformation programs
Demonstrated experience as OCM Lead or equivalent role in at least one full ERP/SAP implementation.
 Familiarity with SAP processes and terminology (S/4HANA, ECC, SAP B1) and how system changes impact roles and processes.
 Experience with change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter, Prosci) and adoption measurement

 Prosci or equivalent change management certification.
 Experience managing OCM in multi-country / multicultural environments.
 Experience in highly regulated industries (e.g., pharma, financial services, energy, public sector).
