Assembly Technician

We are seeking diligent and mechanically inclined Assembly Technicians to contribute to our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will be integral to the assembly process, ensuring precision and adherence to quality standards. Your proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and keen attention to detail will be essential to our success.

• Execute assembly and machining tasks in accordance with established guidelines and quality benchmarks.
• Interpret work orders and technical specifications to ensure accurate assembly.
• Conduct thorough inspections of parts and materials to identify and address any defects or damage prior to assembly.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery to assemble components, ensuring proper fit and function.
• Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Uphold quality standards and specifications for all finished products, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, promoting efficiency and preventing accidents.
• Report any issues, malfunctions, or deviations from standards to the appropriate personnel for prompt resolution.

• High School Diploma/GED is mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret work orders and technical documents.
• Exceptional attention to detail and manual dexterity for precise assembly work.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and machinery effectively and safely.

• Previous experience in manufacturing or a related field is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of quality control principles and practices.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet production targets.
