The Sales Development Representative is Brightly's "front line" in increasing demand for the sales team. You will be tasked with qualifying new prospective clients and collaborating with other members of the team to achieve a smooth handoff of each opportunity. If you are interested in jump starting your sales career, this is an ideal position for you! * Generate and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound call campaigns * Identify and qualify decision makers among the targeted call campaigns * Collect accurate and complete information in the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) by maintaining and growing the database of prospects and tracking activity * Attend sales group meetings concerning sales targets or forecasts This is a hybrid workplace opportunity that does require you to work onsite a minimum of 3 days (Tuesday-Thursday) each work week. Our offices are located in the North Hills area of Raleigh, NC. * Bachelor's degree OR 1+ year of prior sales experience in lieu of degree * High energy, determination, and perseverance * Professional phone presence and excellent communication skills * Excellent time management skills * Strong decision-making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills * Salesforce CRM experience * Prior cold calling or prospecting experience We're guided by a vision of community that serves the ambitions and wellbeing of all people, and our professional communities are no exception.
