Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

·Staffing: Assist as needed for candidate screening and initial interview

· Onboarding & Training: Conduct new hire tour of facility and ensure completion of required documentation. Support training initiatives for safety, compliance, and skill development.

· Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Address workplace issues promptly and escalate as needed.

·HR Administration: Assist in maintenance of employee records in HRIS (Paycom knowledge is a plus). Direct leave requests and payroll questions to the correct resources

·Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws. Support safety programs and assist with incident reporting.

·Performance & Development: Assist managers coaching and application of discipline policy. Identify opportunities for employee engagement and retention.

·Must be flexible with work schedule to meet the demands of the 24-hour operation of the warehouse

Requirements

  • 2-4 Years of proven experience in human resources within a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of human capital management practices, employment law (including OSHA), and benefits administration.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage conflict effectively and foster positive employee relations.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; relevant certifications or equivalent experience.
