Property Manager

**Job Summary:**

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a multifamily property. Your role involves managing tenant relations, property maintenance, leasing activities, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Daily Responsibilities include:

Coordinating daily operations of the community

Establishing and enforcing property rules

Resolving resident issues and complaints

Preparing and maintaining budgets

Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new employees

Delegating work and overseeing the work performed by employees.

Create a team environment by holding regular staff meetings and establishing goals.

Develop cost-saving strategies to reduce expenses.

Analyze income, traffic, expenses, and delinquency and make necessary recommendations.

Complete inspection on make ready units

Monitor daily pricing of units and correct on all websites.

Monitor Property Software System to ensure that all activity is entered daily.

Perform daily inspection of the exterior of the community.

Perform other duties as required.

Work closely with vendors and contractors to ensure quality work being performed.

Monitoring area market closely to ensure pricing is correct with market.

Weekly Responsibilities include:

Schedule and complete annual recertification paperwork for current residents to ensure the community follows Affordable Housing Program regulations.

Ensuring employee time is correct and up to date for submission and submit payroll for processing.

Enter invoices into Property Software System to ensure vendors are paid in a timely manner.

Monthly Responsibilities include:

Preparing monthly financial reports

Prepare renewal letters for residents.

Qualifications;

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong organizational skills

Strong leadership skills

Minimum 2-year property management experience

Knowledge of property software system ResMan

Minimum 2 years' experience in supervisory experience

Must be bilingual

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $64,000.00 per year
